San Juan Residence — Where Architecture Meets Emotion

When the client reached out to us, he had a clear goal — to present his new residential concept in a way that would truly capture its spirit.
The building, located in a picturesque area with terraces overlooking the San Juan Mountains, was designed to house four elegant apartments, each blending modern comfort with the natural beauty of the surroundings.

He sent us his 2D drawings, and from that — we built an entire visual story.

From Lines to Life

Using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop, we transformed technical plans into photorealistic visualizations that made the project feel real long before construction began.

We started with exterior shots to highlight the building’s proportions and its harmony with the mountainous landscape. Then we moved indoors — designing warm, natural lighting and realistic materials that brought each interior to life.

Every render was refined with the help of AI-supported tools, allowing us to achieve incredible realism — the kind that makes people pause for a moment and ask, “Is this a photo?”

Adding a New Dimension — 3d Virtual Tour

To take the presentation even further, we created a 3D virtual tour based on our visualizations.
The unique feature?
You can switch between day and night mode with a single click, experiencing how the same space transforms with changing light.

For the architect, this feature became a powerful presentation tool — both for client meetings and project proposals.
It allowed his clients to explore the space as if it already existed — from every angle, at any time of day.

Why Architects Love Working This Way

For many architects, the biggest challenge isn’t design — it’s showing others what’s in their mind.
3D visualization bridges that gap.

It helps you:

  • Communicate your vision clearly to investors and clients.
  • Make faster design decisions.
  • Create marketing materials even before construction starts.
  • Save time on revisions and explanations.

In short — your ideas sell themselves.

Our Process — Simple and Collaborative

  1. You send us your 2D drawings or models.
  2. We discuss the mood, materials, and overall look you want.
  3. Our team prepares the first previews for your feedback.
  4. After adjustments, we deliver final photorealistic renders and — if you’d like — an interactive 3D tour.

No endless back-and-forth. No confusion. Just clear communication and top-tier visuals.

Final Thoughts

This project perfectly reflects what we believe in at Rendelogy — turning architectural ideas into experiences people can feel.

If you’re an architect looking to present your projects with the same level of emotion and realism —
we’d love to help you do that.
